Albufeira’s shopping offers a vast array of shops that sell just about anything. Albufeira is a shopaholics paradise containing seafront kiosks, a collection of night-time stalls that can be found along the city centre streets during the summer months, and a main shopping plaza; the Modelo Centre.
The plaza offers a wide variety of different shops. Property is available in this area for rent or sale and includes town houses, villas and apartments. A market is held on the first and third Tuesday of every month in Albufeira Old Town on the city’s fairgrounds where handmade quality items including wood carvings and glazed terracotta ceramics are available as well as creative, unique handicraft and trinkets. Property is also available in Albufeira Old Town for rent or sale. Albufeira offers speciality shopping in the form of ceramics, crystal and porcelain. The Algarve Shopping Complex is only short journey and contains factory outlets and brand name clothing. There is also a flea market held every third Saturday of the month in the main square in Albufeira.
